  1. This may sound weird, but I have to say, that when I hear you struggling with your body, or with food choices, I feel a kindred spirit. I struggle along those lines so much myself. Nice to know I’m not alone, but sure wish we both could have some relief from the struggle. I did notice it looks like your arm is much better. God does know what the future holds so we don’t have to worry about it.

I got some new Christian based books yesterday at the Free book table at church. I’m looking forward to reading them. They are old books from the early 1970’s, and even late 60’s. I remember that period of when the Holy Spirit was working in so many people’s lives and they wrote so many books. The Christian book stores were fill with new books all the time.

    1. Hi Cathy! I can relate to everything you wrote! YES I will be happy to leave this body behind, I’m tired of its shenanigans LOL! I’ve been doing really well on the various combinations of lowcarb/IF/OMaD but now with everything else going on I am also following an anti-inflammatory diet. I’m still working it out but that seems to be the best, from everything I’ve been reading, for most of my issues. I do have to say it’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m seeing a big difference already! But I’m still figuring it all out, too, as you know it’s all an ongoing process – this getting healthier – that we can never stop, right?

Those were the great days for Christian authors and books, for sure! I read so much back then too, I hope you will talk about them on your vlogs? Speaking of which, I SURE DO MISS your vlogs, every day I hope to see one…(no, that’s not a hint, that’s a direct request LOL) šŸ¤—šŸ„°šŸ’
