Today I dragged out one of my older music books, one that I had bought a number of years ago but never really went through or played. So I turned on the camera as I was looking through it and playing a few songs in it. Don’t know why I hadn’t cracked it open before, …

VIDEO: Monday Music – March 20, 2023 Edition
The other day I found a music book that I forgot I had. I hadn’t seen it in years! It’s just simple basic hymns – up a notch from the fakebooks I typically like to play from but still pretty basic. So as I was going through the book to refresh my memory of the …

VIDEO – Monday Music: Our God Reigns
Had a blast playing this one today, just kept piling up the sounds to see how far I could take it, now that I have the proper speakers set up. And wow, there was a big pile, and no distortion or static! I normally don’t have so many things going on at once, but it’s …

These are some photos of Pete setting up the #TRS-MS05 sound system for my #Tyros5 that I finally got all the parts for last week…6 months after getting the keyboard! The proprietary sound system came with it, which I bought used, but without the proper cables! Because this part isn’t available in the US, I …

Tyros5 Demo: How Deep The Father’s Love For Us First – I didn’t even notice the cable draped across the near end of the keyboard until I was editing. Second, as I am learning this new-to-me amazing instrument I will share some of the things I am doing with it. These are not performances (don’t …

Hi, guys, I’ve had a couple of things running through my mind the last few weeks that I want to share with you! First, I don’t want my blog to get stale. The meme posts, of course, get lots of attention from visitors (which is great!), and Don’s guest posts appear to have a very …
