Today will be different, as I share a personal story – a testimony, if you will. I will tell my story in the first video. The second video is a series of clips taken today when I was out with my family. A couple of the clips are parts of videos I took, one clip is from a Marco Polo that my daughter Casey was (unbeknownst to me) taking to send to my sister, and one clip is one that Pete (also without my knowledge) took. You’ll be able to tell which is which :).
I sincerely hope that you will indulge me, and just watch what I have to share with you today.
A couple of notes about the 2nd video: first, it was VERY windy up there, windy enough to take my breath away; that’s why I was sounding winded. The last clip was taken, I might mention, AFTER all of the other walking I did earlier, up and down that long ramp and those steps, as well as around the area (which isn’t shown)! Also these clips don’t tell the story of our day, they are simply the few minutes that apply to today’s topic.
I am most sincerely happy for you to be able to walk and EVEN climb steps once again! Praise the dear Lord for prayers answered in the affirmative. The prayer of a child can create what we adults refer to as a ‘miracle’. While we exclaim disbelief and wonderment, the child can’t understand what all the fuss is about. The innocence and trust of a child are so lacking in our adult lives. Thank you for sharing this part of your story. Praise the good Lord and Hallelujah!
