Sometimes something real is the best story.
Do you have a friend who knows how to tell a story?
He attracts listeners who are “happier than a tick on a fat dog.”
NOTE that Don’s story updates will resume after the holidays, as some technical difficulties are ironed out. Thank you for your understanding!
Here is where Don reads aloud some of his writings (occasionally edited on the spot!), and will be updated on a weekly basis with the newest on top; stories will be cross-indexed with the corresponding guest post.

from Sherry: As long as I have known Don (since college days) I have been fascinated by his story-telling style. I have spent many many hours listening to him tell about the many things that interest him, and the experiences he has had, as well as the one or two of the tales he’d written to read to his young children. (I hate to admit the number of family gatherings my full attention was on whatever he was sharing to the point I was oblivious to everyone else!) So when I approached him to create some audio for my site I was thrilled when he agreed!
