As usual, I enjoyed these selections being played right before I retire for this another day. I recognized the tune of the last one, (In the Cross of Christ I Glory) but all three were inspiring. BTW, from your Chia Chow pages, (What I Eat) what are SSU eggs? For the life of me, I can’t figure that out. Thanks for another enjoyable blessing through your music.
One thing I’ve noticed with all of these hymnals is that they have the same tune used for multiple songs. I often will go to the “right” hymn for a certain tune, but on occasion I don’t recognize it. I grew up Catholic, when they still used Latin, and their music was much different from Protestant hymns, to which I wasn’t introduced until after the mid-70’s. I’m glad that you enjoy them though, either way❣️
