I was watching some cooking videos to kill time and ran across this one which is a sort of “cake” with only 3 ingredients: eggs, milk, and banana. No Flour. And no oven! I couldn’t even imagine…so I watched it.
(I have been watching a LOT of Aaron and Claire videos on YT late at night while waiting to fall asleep, which has piqued my interest in different kinds of foods than what I’m used to eating – this would definitely fall into that category!)
I categorized this as Cooking, but it’s neither vegan nor low carb!
