This will be my herb bedssquashes: acorn, delicata, straightneck, and zucchini; I am planting the beds in alphabetical order to help me remember what I’ve got and where I put it!cucumber, so far; eggplant and leeks will be added soon!Radishes; I had to separate their roots from each other, now they are limp and not standing anymore so I’m not sure if they will make it.As shown in the video this guy had a rough time; in the end I saw his roots were totally out of the ground, so I replanted themI took some video and talked about the cherry tree but it didn’t turn out; I will talk more about this in a future post.Not the garden, but a teaser – I’ll show more in the next couple of days!You can especially see in these last few photos what a great job Charlie did trimming around the bases of the plants and shrubs!

You’re learning a LOT about gardening, and these pictures prove it! You will be so rewarded when your produce arrives soon. Flowering plants are so colorful and attractive. I’m still rooting for that little cherry tree. (Cone on little one…you can do it!)
I can’t wait to start harvesting! I did finally have to take advantage of the guarantee on the little tree which did not survive…a new “teenage” tree arrived yesterday and Bill will be planting it in the morning, it is twice as big (maybe the first baby tree wasn’t ready to be weaned yet? hahaha) and LOTS of healthy green leaves! It bothers my head to work with my photos and videos but I have SO MANY I want to share…need to get a grandkid over here to help me :). (And I like what you did there, “rooting” for the little “tree”!)
