These memes reflect the world in which I – and those before me – grew up. The world is a different place now. I can’t think of a single one of my peers who don’t look back on these times with fondness, and even longing.

They love having their lunches packed. Going to work everyday and providing then going home to a house with no peace wears a person down. Women and men are the same and men are important & strong. Being sick doesn't mean anything. You work anyway. Men have feelings too but they're taught to not show them. I respect my dad 10x more now for my childhood.
