Is there anything in this world that is of more importance than Mark 12: 30-31?
What in this world gives us the right to believe that Matthew 5:22 doesn’t apply to us?
Of everything that is under the sun, is there anything that should make us believe that God’s laws are for others but not us?
Are God’s commands to us really suspended in certain worldly circumstances?
Do you believe that God is no longer in control, so we are to manage the world without Him or His precepts?
Of any of the things or events or causes in this world, which give us the right to toss aside our Lord’s Words for the sake of self-righteous pride?
Just because we may feeI passionate about something within this world, should we set aside our walk in the Spirit in our dealings with those who don’t feeI the same way we do?
What am I telling others about my walk in Christ when my passions rule my actions?
Whatever side of the political spectrum you fall on, it doesn’t mean a thing because as Christ followers we are supposed to pledge allegiance to Jesus first. Yes. You can march if you want to. You can post black squares on your Instagram. You can fight against injustice. Vote or don’t vote. Agree or disagree. But what you cannot do is tear each other apart because in Christ, we are one (Galatians 3:28).
The Bible says that “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” (John 13:35)
Jesus Christ took the Jewish people and religious leaders by surprise when He dismantled many of their traditions. obeying God’s Commandments will bless us…traditions are snares that curse us.
