Wow, did I open up a can of worms with this one, or what??? These verses barely scratch the surface…the entire Bible was written to reveal Him to man, and I thought I could choose a few verses? Oh how wrong I was! But for whatever reason, these are the ones that I decided to use…I hope that His Words bring peace to your soul!

  1. I agree that with only a few verses one cannot explain God. I am spending the entire year (this time) reading the entire Bible. I’ve always been too impatient before (I am always too eager to see how the book ends). However, taking time to read deeply every word has immense rewards. The biggest reward is understanding that there is so much MORE about God which will never be revealed in this life. I now believe he has saved the best for last.

    1. Yup, like trying to fill the ocean with a teaspoon :). I have never done the Bible-in-a-year thing, and probably couldn’t anymore anyway. I agree 100% with the last statement!
