I took a few pictures today that I wanted to share with you today, I hope that you enjoy them!

This is how I found Maisie when I woke up from my nap; I’ve never seen her lay like this before, I had to laugh!

This is the book that I checked out and it’s GREAT! Love books like this!

Pete checked out the solar projects book, which also looks very interesting! We will be using a lot more solar here before long!

We spent some time at the library down in Clare; looking up at the trees outside the window I saw one already starting to change color!

The grocery store down in Clare is having a sale, and this sign – which I thought was SO lovely! – was in the window. (The owners are very nice people, we run into them at the restaurant that we like to frequent now and again and they’re always friendly and pleasant to speak with.)

Pete and I also stopped at The Nest – best restaurant in the county – for lunch. We used to eat there once or twice a week but chose to only visit once or twice a month…not because we don’t like it, we’d eat there every day if we could! but because we are saving up for something special right now and every penny not spent goes toward that goal; plus for health reasons we are severely limiting our restaurant meals – we know exactly what’s in our meals when we cook at home. And we love our own cooking! BUT if we eat out anywhere, it is at The Nest! It felt so good to have a nice meal there again today.
