#LCHF_IF_OMaD is the hashtag that I use regarding the lowcarb/highfat and/or intermittent fasting and/or one-meal-a-day way I eat 90%+ of the time for health reasons; I tend to lean toward #ketovore much of the time.
Within this framework I have several guidelines I follow as well, by which I maintain my highest levels of energy and lowest levels of pain for the most part. For example, 16 hours between meals/snacks is the minimum for IF, as well as a few others.
I always wondered what those initials meant. Now I know!
